Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and provide comprehensive property upkeep, including building and grounds repair, preventive maintenance, and vacancy preparation. You will interview and supervise service staff, train personnel, manage tools and supplies, ensure OSHA compliance, and coordinate vendor work.

This full-time on-site role pays $28.00 to $29.00 per hour and includes vacation, health benefits, 401(k), holidays, and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in maintaining properties and handyman tasks.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks and vacancy prep.
• Interview, screen, and recommend service staff with the manager.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds personnel.
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment; ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate vendor work and manage supplies for all departments.
