Job summary

North Shore Gardens in Naples, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for one of our apartment communities. Under the immediate supervision of the Community Manager, you will oversee all maintenance and repairs, coordinating with staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and safety compliance, with a focus on reliability and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance for multi-unit housing.
• Ability to perform electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• HVAC certification or knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and oversee workload.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on projects.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance.
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance.
• Perform painting, carpentry and masonry work.
• Maintain HVAC systems and diagnose issues.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies after hours.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas.
• Complete other tasks as directed.
