West Shore in Naples, FL, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a bustling apartment community. This full-time role reports to the Community Manager and oversees all aspects of on-site maintenance and repairs.

You will lead a maintenance team, schedule work orders, coordinate projects, and perform electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC tasks. The position emphasizes safety, readiness, and responsive service, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Advanced trade experience in maintenance.
• HVAC certified and able to maintain, repair HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and oversee all workload duties.
• Ensure work orders and make-readies are completed timely.
• Coordinate with Community Manager to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance (fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, etc.).
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance (leaks, drains, lines).
• Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program.
• Respond to emergency situations during and after hours.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Completes other tasks as directed.
