Responsibilities

• Apartment Turnovers & Make-Readies: repair, paint, and prepare units for new residents to meet high standards.
• General Maintenance & Work Orders: respond to resident requests and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Painting: paint interior and exterior surfaces with attention to quality and durability.
• Pool Care: monitor chemical balance, cleanliness, and equipment; ensure safety and compliance.
• Safety & Compliance: follow safety procedures and report hazards to supervisor.
