Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team and uphold the integrity of our Florida properties. You will oversee inspections, coordinate make-ready processes, and ensure timely completion of work orders while delivering professional service to residents and vendors.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work weekends. EPA HVAC certification is preferred; MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
