Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) in Ogden, UT is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure property upkeep and repairs across buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities include scheduling daily tasks, supervising vendors, maintaining safety standards, inventory control, and timely response to service requests. This role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.

Responsabilités

• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with interviewing, screening, and recommending service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Train service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Improve maintenance processes and methods.
• Maintain MSDS sheets and replacement logs.
• Ensure maintenance staff meet attendance expectations.
• Schedule and assist in vendor work supervision and selection.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies for service areas.
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety policies are followed.
