Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its multifamily communities. You’ll perform day-to-day maintenance across painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs to ensure apartments are safe, functional, and move‑in ready.

Join a team that values quality, service, and integrity. 18+ with a high school diploma, and relevant maintenance experience preferred; certifications are a plus and training provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to residents and teammates.
• Handling day‑to‑day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Responding quickly and professionally to service requests, ensuring apartments are safe, functional, and move‑in ready.
• Working with vendors on specialized projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs.
• Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas safe and organized.
