Madison Communities in Antioch, TN seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and optimize property upkeep across our portfolio. You will oversee electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks, while managing a maintenance team and budget to meet service standards for residents.

Ideal candidates have hands-on trade experience, strong leadership, and relevant EPA and CPO certifications to ensure safe, compliant operations on our A-class properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• EPA and CPO certifications are required.
• Strong supervisory and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Plan and oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring operations stay within financial guidelines.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe shop areas, with adequate levels of replacement parts and tools.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize disruptions for residents.
• Lead by example to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
