Job summary

Requirements include EPA/CFC certification, strong trade skills, and at least 4 years of experience in maintenance. The position offers a competitive starting pay of $25 per hour with additional bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of trade-related experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and carpentry.
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of the maintenance service team.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues.
