Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in technical trade school for instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, or Military technical training is a plus.
• 5+ years in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment with maintenance, and/or operations roles is desired.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong SAP skills are a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all maintenance activities at Port Arthur and Westlake facilities.
• Mentor, support growth, and deliver feedback to front line leadership.
• Align with maintenance performance metrics and safety programs.
• Develop and communicate daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance plans.
