Job summary

SI Group is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor in Baytown, TX. The role leads a team of maintenance technicians, prioritizes safety, and manages work orders to increase plant uptime. You will ensure the preventative maintenance program runs smoothly and drive continuous EHS improvements.

You will oversee timekeeping, performance reviews, and contractor coordination, leveraging ERP/CMMS (SAP PM) knowledge to maintain asset reliability and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Process Industry Plant Operations knowledge is required.
• Mechanical Equipment Systems knowledge and SAP PM experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CMMS systems and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance & reliability activities, supervising technicians and coordinating their work.
• Manage work orders from identification to closure, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to EHS standards and regulatory requirements across maintenance tasks.
• Oversee preventative maintenance program execution and asset uptime.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors, manage timekeeping, and control overtime.
• Support RCA/problem-solving efforts to reduce operational risks.
