Job summary

Air Products, based in Baytown, TX, seeks an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance organization across the West Gulf Coast HYCO Subregion. You will drive reliability, optimize costs, and develop maintenance talent while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient plant performance.

The role requires 10+ years in maintenance/engineering, 5+ years of people leadership, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years in maintenance, engineering, operations, or related technical discipline.
• Five-plus years in people leadership or management.
• Proven success in safety, reliability, quality, and maintenance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance organization across multiple sites.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and Technical teams to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.
