The Marzetti Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily work of maintenance technicians and clerks, ensuring safe, efficient operations of production equipment and facilities. You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance, uphold safety and quality standards, and develop team skills under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 5–7 years maintenance experience in manufacturing; 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with CMMS or work order management; familiarity with OSHA, GMP, and food safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Directs daily activities of maintenance technicians and the maintenance clerk across all shifts, prioritizing work orders and preventive tasks.
• Responds to equipment breakdowns; leads troubleshooting and coordinates resources to minimize downtime.
• Executes preventive maintenance per schedule and documents tasks in CMMS.
• Maintains equipment performance records and communicates trends to the Maintenance Manager.
• Coaches and develops maintenance staff; participates in safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
