Job summary

The Marzetti Company in Kentucky is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to support safety, quality, and production of our food products. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

3-5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Leadership experience in a food-related industry preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information and correspondence.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Industrial maintenance degree or certification preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shift maintenance activities under supervision to meet objectives.
Maintain preventative maintenance program to keep production equipment safe and efficient.
Assist in audits and reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
Respond to deviations from standards and communicate with other departments.
Ensure scheduling of the maintenance department and timely reporting.
