Live Bryten in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure a safe, attractive community for residents and guests. You will schedule, train, and support technicians, prioritize work orders, and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in building/property maintenance with supervisory experience, HVAC certification, reading diagrams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three+ years of building, facilities, apartment, or property maintenance with supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC certification and/or trade certifications in electrical, plumbing, or related fields required.
• Ability to read diagrams, technical manuals, work orders, and safety documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills; strong leadership and team development.
• Customer service mindset; able to interact professionally with residents, vendors, contractors, and team members.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and MS Office; experience with work order systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team members.
• Coordinate service requests, preventive maintenance, and repairs for timely completion.
• Oversee apartment make-ready operations to prepare vacancies for occupancy.
• Perform and supervise repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and systems to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for projects and improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventory, and work orders.
• On-call rotation and emergency response participation.
