Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team and uphold property standards at our Mount Pleasant community. The role involves supervising staff, performing inspections, coordinating make-readies, and ensuring safety and quality in resident areas.

We offer competitive compensation of $35–$37 per hour, plus benefits including PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and life and disability insurance after one year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders promptly based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready processes.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
