Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in multifamily maintenance and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• 2+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervising maintenance teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs.
• Source, schedule, and supervise vendors to ensure quality work.
• Lead, train, and develop the service team across all levels.
• Manage maintenance-related expenses and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records for materials, equipment, and vendor services.
