Job summary

Cottonwood Residential's Antero Apartments in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep residents happy by delivering timely, high-quality service. You will oversee make-readies and turnover, manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the property.

EPA Type II or Universal certification is required, and a CPO is a plus; a valid driver's license is required to manage the property

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to ensure efficient property maintenance operations.
• Hire, develop, and train technicians and community care staff.
• Address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Oversee make-readies and apartment turnover to support leasing.
• Maintain building, grounds, and safety to ensure a pristine community.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and accident-free operations.
