Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Newnan, GA to lead the maintenance team in providing reactive and proactive maintenance across all equipment. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and exemplify attention to detail in safety, quality, and reliability.

The role requires strong problem-solving, mentoring abilities, and the drive to improve KPI metrics while ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have experienced skills with troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and operation of high-speed production machinery.
• Experience with industrial electrical equipment, CNC, PLC's/Driver and motors.
• Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including working weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Maintenance team in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment.
• This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and automated equipment.
• Responsible for overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out. Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, and execute improvement plans, driving KPI's ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
• Lead the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures while also mentoring and leading the department. Implement and lead continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes
