Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required or 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly drawings.
• Experience maintaining electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic control equipment in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct workers in maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and supervise preventive maintenance programs.
• Plan schedules, allocate personnel, and ensure safety and compliance.
