Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team supporting metal and extrusion operations. You will drive proactive and reactive maintenance, report to the Maintenance Manager, and ensure reliable plant performance.

This role suits someone with detail orientation, strong work ethic, and problem-solving ability who can foster a culture of continuous improvement in a leading manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance supervision or management in a manufacturing environment; extrusion and anodizing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing production equipment and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance team and deliver both reactive and proactive multi-skilled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of maintenance work while improving site operations and downtime.
• Implement and track KPIs and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by enforcing policies and identifying deficiencies and improvements.
• Mentor team members and promote modern manufacturing practices and training.
