Job summary

Aluma-Form is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor in Mocksville, NC to lead maintenance operations and safety programs for industrial machinery and control systems.

The role requires 5+ years of supervision experience, strong electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting abilities, and CMMS familiarity. You will oversee technicians, ensure adherence to PM schedules, and drive process improvements with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision with expertise in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, PLCs, motors, pumps, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and blueprints.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a maintenance team.
• Experience with CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet production maintenance requirements and expectations.
• Supervise and hold maintenance staff accountable to company policies and quality standards.
• Provide training on maintenance processes, procedures, and quality controls.
• Direct, maintain, and enforce safety and quality programs in the facility.
• Monitor and evaluate plant equipment performance and address issues.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
• Prioritize work orders and assist with troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance schedules are followed and provide training as needed.
• Source parts for planned maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Communicate procedures and safety requirements to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Conduct investigations of incidents and non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with support groups to secure necessary resources.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure customer requirements and expectations are accurately identified and met throughout production operations.
