Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, promote, and administer safety and company policies.
• Assist in employee development, including motivation and training.
• Provide input on hiring, firing and performance reviews.
• Schedule daily maintenance assignments and complete reports.
• Provide technical support to maintenance and manufacturing personnel.
• Plan work against breakdowns and equipment installation to meet plant needs.
• Lead 20+ personnel in the assigned manufacturing area.
• On-call to troubleshoot extended downtime outside normal hours.
• Develop and review Work Instructions and SOPs for maintenance.
