Job summary

You will supervise a team, plan preventive and corrective maintenance, manage spare parts with CMMS, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime.

Strong mechanical skills, 5+ years in supervisory roles, and formal engineering or reliability training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical skills/aptitude.
• Formal training in engineering, process control or reliability preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Department with sound judgment and planning.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
