Job summary

Morton Salt, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the Fairless Hills area to lead the maintenance team, plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective activities to maximize equipment reliability.

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to support production goals and safety compliance in a fast-paced packaging environment. You will oversee a team of hourly technicians, manage work orders in CMMS, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safe

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical or Electrical Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Experience using SAP or CMMS for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to plan, schedule and execute preventive, predictive, corrective and emergency work.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations to minimize downtime.
