The Marzetti Company operates a Horse Cave Campus in Kentucky and is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct maintenance on a designated shift, ensuring safe and efficient upkeep of production machinery, utilities, and grounds in accordance with regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising 2-15 technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance, scheduling, budgeting, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining strong safety and quality standards across operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing, with leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage correspondence.
• Positive leadership and self-motivation skills.
• Must obtain industrial truck and lift certification and adhere to OSHA standards.
• Strong organizational abilities and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, budgets, and equipment processes; troubleshooting aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Industrial Maintenance Degree or Mechanical/Technical certification preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervises 2-15 employees.
• Oversees the maintenance department's direction, coordination, and results.
• Administers hiring, training, scheduling, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinates shift maintenance activities and preventive maintenance program to keep production equipment in safe, efficient condition.
• Ensures safety, quality, production support, and timely maintenance; participates in improvement projects as needed.
• Participates in department/shift/team meetings and drives improvement, problem solving, and follow-up.
