Qualifications

• Supervisory responsibilities over maintenance staff.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in multi‑unit properties.
• Familiar with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Able to drive to multiple properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the maintenance team across properties.
• Oversee make‑ready procedures and inspections.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and major equipment regularly.
• Perform repairs and coordinate budget tracking when needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and handle emergencies.
