Coast Property Management in Bothell, WA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee apartment make-ready procedures, and perform regular inspections of grounds, buildings and major equipment.

This full-time role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, plus HVAC knowledge. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; on-site work with on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Supervise and train the maintenance team.
• Oversee apartment make-ready procedures.
• Regular inspections of grounds, buildings & major equipment.
• Track maintenance budget (assist).
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• On-call for emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with WA Residential Landlord & Tenant Act.
