Coast Property Management in Washington state seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee make-ready of apartments, and conduct regular inspections of grounds and facilities. You will perform repairs with approval and help track the maintenance budget, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on trade skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Supervise and train maintenance staff.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• Able to operate and maintain common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the maintenance team
