Job summary

Coast Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for NOVA NORTH in Everett, WA. You will lead maintenance teams across multiple apartment communities, supervise make-ready procedures, perform inspections, and ensure safety and compliance for residents.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory maintenance experience, strong hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Supervisory role with prior maintenance team leadership.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to read instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the maintenance team.
• Oversee apartment make-ready procedures.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and major equipment.
• Make repairs with Community Manager approval.
• Assist in tracking maintenance budget.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, supplies.
• On-call for emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with Washington state landlord-tenant act.
