Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is required.
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors and vendors; schedule and assign work.
• Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs; monitor downtime and reliability metrics.
• Drive Continuous Improvement projects to improve OEE and asset utilization.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Manage MRO inventory, procurement coordination, and budget support.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS and documentation.
