Job summary

You will promote accountability, safety, and continuous improvement while coordinating with shifts and other departments to keep production moving smoothly. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, coach staff on troubleshooting, and ensure documented maintenance aligns with Lean and 6S initiatives.

Qualifications

• Lead maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Coach technicians to enhance troubleshooting and ownership.
• Promote safety, quality, and Lean/6S practices.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality on downtime reduction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise maintenance personnel to meet daily objectives.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for reliability and readiness.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance during complex repairs.
• Ensure all work follows safety and quality standards.
• Develop, train, and cross-train staff; track work orders and documentation.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support Lean initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to minimize downtime.
• Monitor facilities infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
