Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee Arbor Village in Sarasota, FL. This full-time role focuses on supervising daily maintenance operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering high resident satisfaction.

The position requires hands-on trade skills, supervisory experience, and strong communication, with a comprehensive benefits package included. Arbor Village is a newer 80-unit community built in 2020.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Ability to perform general janitorial duties.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient with hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, saws).
• Ability to use power tools safely (drills, circular saws).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work cooperatively with on-site staff, vendors, and residents.

Responsabilidades

• Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
• Ensures the safety, appearance and operational standards established by Carteret Management.
• Direct and supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the maintenance functions, including scheduling and assignment of work, submission of reports, paperwork and record keeping.
• Perform various hands-on maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community, diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, painting, exterior structure, appliance repair and cleaning.
• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the maintenance functions, including vendor management, submission of reports, paperwork and recordkeeping.
• Handle service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to a market-ready status.
