Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Direct scheduling and assignment of work, reporting and recordkeeping.
• Perform hands-on maintenance duties to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and related tasks.
• Manage vendor relationships and service requests for market-ready vacant apartments.
