You will lead daily maintenance tasks, drive safety programs, manage the turnover process, and build a high-performing service team through coaching and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices, operational standards, and OSHA guidelines.
• Proficiency in reading financial reports and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budget preparation and monitor expenses.
• Process payroll, track overtime, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Oversee unit inspections and move-ins/move-outs; manage chargebacks and deposits.
• Issue purchase orders, vendor credentialing, and petty cash per policy.
• Lead safety meetings and maintain OSHA/MSDS documentation.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop service team; conduct regular training.
