Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to direct daily production and coordinate maintenance and equipment resources at a Pennsylvania facility. The role requires supervising staff, and knowledge of warehouse processes to drive improvements and efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in manufacturing or distribution, plus an associate degree in supervisory management or related field. Prior supervision is required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
• Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing setting is required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary.
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations to improve processes and systems.
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training, and operation of equipment.
• Support maintenance functions at a given location.

Education
