Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and use safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues from resident service requests and perform repairs.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and obtain supplies.
• Set cleanliness/appearance standards for grounds and common areas to Greystar quality.
