The position requires EPA or CPO certification, a valid driver’s license, and prior apartment maintenance experience, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance and responsive service to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role at a property or community.
• EPA or CPO certification required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• 4 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• 3 years experience in customer service or work with residents.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory for the property and management company.
