Qualifications

• Role designed to prepare for progression to a Community Manager.
• On-site, full-time assistant manager position with non-exempt status.
• Hours as listed: Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5:30PM, Saturday 10:00AM–2:00PM or as site hours.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects using product knowledge and rapport-building.
• Oversee property operations in Community Manager's absence.
• Process, verify and file lease paperwork and applications promptly.
• Monitor cash handling, rent collection and banking procedures daily.
• Maintain property cleanliness and safety across offices, models and amenities.
• Respond to prospects and residents within Pegasus procedures and timelines.
