Job summary

Potter Global Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a high-performing maintenance team, ensuring equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently while reducing downtime. You will coordinate daily maintenance, plan preventive maintenance, and coach technicians to achieve operational goals.

You will partner with production to meet performance targets, foster accountability and a culture of safety, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with automation and PLC troubleshooting (preferred).
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team through coaching and development plans.
• Oversee daily maintenance activities and prioritize work.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with production to align equipment performance with goals.
• Communicate maintenance status and risks in stand-ups and leadership meetings.
• Drive data-driven improvements using maintenance metrics.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inspections.
