Responsibilities

• Improve maintenance methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
• Coordinate safety training and health and safety initiatives.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to drive results.
• Maintain maintenance planning to meet company goals.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting.
