This role leads a team of 10+ technicians while partnering with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver world-class safety, quality, and operational performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly automated environment and will focus on developing high-performing teams,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably food/beverage.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex situations.
• Experience with vendors/consultants to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and regulatory training; drive zero-injury culture.
• Deliver best-in-class safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance to improve OEE.
• Lead maintenance planning, TPM, and continuous improvement meetings.
