Job summary

Standlee Premium Products LLC in Idaho is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to direct and coordinate repair, installation, and maintenance of machines, electrical systems, and related equipment. You will work on software and hardware components, oversee safety protocols, and lead a team as needed.

The role requires reading manuals, reporting on maintenance status, and communicating with production and quality teams. Expect variable shifts and collaboration with vendors and engineers.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to calculate figures and apply algebra and geometry concepts.
• Ability to apply common sense in following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machines, tools, and equipment on the production floor.
• Install wiring, conduits, and electrical components for new machines and robots.
• Diagnose malfunctions and replace faulty electrical/mechanical parts.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Lead shift huddles and communicate status of repairs.
• Adhere to safety and good manufacturing practices.
