Responsibilities

Maintain operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors and production machines.
Locate sources of problems using testing instruments and observations.
Remove defective parts using hoists, cranes and hand/power tools.
Inspect parts with rules, calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.
Prepare maintenance reports and document actions and trends.
