Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) seeks a Supervisor, Materials to oversee daily operations of Materials Management, ensuring material availability for production while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will supervise warehouse activities, shipping/receiving, material handling, and production control, driving efficient material flow.

The role requires leadership, 2–3 years in logistics supervision, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and familiarity with DoD/ITAR and ISO/AS9100

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Certifications in APICS, IATA, DOT, RCRA and ITAR preferred; ability to pass certifications required.
• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in logistics, materials management or related functions.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; defense/aerospace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Materials Management (Warehousing, Shipping & Receiving, Material Handling, Production Control).
• Provide supervision: time approvals, performance management, coaching, and training.
• Oversee shipping/receiving to ensure DoD/ITAR and ISO/AS9100 compliance.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and kits to Production Floor; optimize material flow.
