We are currently seeking a highly skilled & motivated Maintenance Supervisor in Training in Fort Worth, TX

Location:

• Bexley at Left Bank

Note: You will be working and training onsite alongside a supervisor with a full maintenance team. Future flexibility to transfer to another Fort Worth, Mansfield, or Grand Prairie community for a supervisor role is required.

In this role, you will manage and coordinate activities of a service team to ensure upkeep, inventory, and repair of grounds and buildings are completed efficiently.

The maintenance team diagnoses problems and performs repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural repairs, and appliances. You will also schedule and supervise all in-house and vendor work. Willingness to share on-call duties with other team members is necessary.

This is a "working" lead role. Effective performance maximizes rents and maintains high occupancy by following professional maintenance practices, quality control, and policies/procedures. Our service team is customer-focused, creating a lasting positive impression on visitors, prospects, and residents.

Compensation:

• Pay: Starting at $26 per hour, depending on experience
• On Call Bonus: $150 per week (regardless of calls), plus an additional $150 per holiday on-call bonus
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $1,110 (based on property and team performance)
• Benefits: Vacation & sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount, and 401K with company match

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of trade-related experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance supervisory experience
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required
• Computer skills for managing work orders, scheduling, ordering supplies, and email communication
• Willing to share on-call duties with team members
• Valid driver's license, transportation, and tools required
• Background and criminal checks, including DMV, will be conducted
