You will coach hourly associates, conduct regular performance reviews, coordinate PM activities, support workforce planning and onboarding, and address associate relations and performance issues promptly.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in a technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of related maintenance experience in manufacturing; food manufacturing a big plus.
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong project management and conflict management skills.
• Lock Out/Tag-Out Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all maintenance of the production facility and manage the maintenance budget.
• Lead training and development of mechanics in safety, quality, continuous improvement, and facility performance.
• Coach and conduct performance reviews to set objectives and track progress.
• Coordinate workforce planning and onboarding; address associate relations and performance issues.
• Ensure 24/7 plant maintenance coverage; manage scheduling and emergency work.
• Distribute PMs and ensure proper lockout/tag-out procedures.
• Attend workflow process meetings and supervise hourly associates.
