Article Student Living in Berkeley is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all property maintenance operations, safety, and curb appeal across our high‑end student communities. You will lead on‑site maintenance staff, collaborate with the Property Manager, and coordinate with vendors to uphold standards while delivering excellent resident service.

• 5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing.
• Management experience.
• Maintenance and safety certifications.

Article Student Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure our established standards for our communities, including safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. As a high-end community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are a priority. Together with the Property Manager, you will oversee the work of other maintenance staff on location. You and your team will work with residents, so excellent customer service is something we take in high regard.

You will report to the Property Manager and work with the Regional Maintenance Manager to ensure standards and met.

The pay range for this role is $74,000 - $80,000, plus an annual bonus.

• CPO certification is favorable
