Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our high-end student housing communities, ensuring safety, appearance, and reliable service for residents.

Reporting to the Property Manager and guiding on-site staff, you will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and uphold our standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing.
• Management experience in property maintenance.
• Customer service focused with residents in mind.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all physical assets of the property and grounds.
• Provide solutions to issues or concerns on the property.
• Suggest opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices.
• Maintain budget and work with 3rd party vendors.

Article Student Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure our established standards for our communities, including safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. As a high-end community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are a priority. Together with the Property Manager, you will oversee the work of other maintenance staff on location. You and your team will work with residents, so excellent customer service is something we take in high regard.

You will report to the Property Manager and work with the Regional Maintenance Manager to ensure standards and met.

The pay range is $28-$30 per hour, plus an annual bonus.

Your Track Record and Style

• 5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing
• Management experience
• Maintenance and safety certifications
• CPO certification is favorable
• EPA Universal certification required
• Customer service focused
