Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance operations and uphold safety, appearance, and curb appeal at our high-end student communities.

You will supervise maintenance staff, collaborate with the Property Manager, and coordinate with the Regional Maintenance Manager to meet standards. Customer service with residents is emphasized, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing.
• Management experience.
• Maintenance and safety certifications.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• CPO certification is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all physical assets of the property.
• Provide solutions to issues or concerns on the property.
• Suggest opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices.

Article Student Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure our established standards for our communities, including safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. As a high-end community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are a priority. Together with the Property Manager, you will oversee the work of other maintenance staff on location. You and your team will work with residents, so excellent customer service is something we take in high regard.

You will report to the Property Manager and work with the Regional Maintenance Manager to ensure standards and met.

The pay range is $25-$30 per hour, plus shared commission.
